Doomsday and After

They ask thee concerning the Mountains: say, "My Lord will uproot them and scatter them as dust."

(Ta-Ha 105. Verse)

On that Day the earth and the mountains will be shaken, and the mountains will become a pile of sand.

(Al-Muzzammil 14. Verse)

And when the stars fall, scattering,

(Al-Infitar 2. Verse)

Some verses show that the ultimate destiny of the universe looks like the Big Rip. This scenario is foretold with different definitions in the Qur'an as events that will take place on the Day of Judgment. In some verses it is repeated over and over that everything will be shattered on the Day of Judgment and broken into very small pieces.

Big Rip Apocalypse

We live in a thitude sprawling universe that doesn't exist forever, and all the matter, energy and space in the universe are compressed into a small volume that explodes with an "explosion" once known as the Big Bang. As for the ultimate fate of the universe, a cosmological hypothesis called Big Rip is proposed, where the universe gradually fragments through the accelerated expansion of the universe, from galaxies and stars to atoms and subatomic particles.

Measurements show that the expansion of the universe is accelerating as the universe is about half its current age. To explain this momentum, most of the energy in the universe requires a component with a large negative pressure called "dark energy."

Dark Energy – Dark Matter

Much of the universe consists of dark energy, a mysterious force that makes the universe expand rapidly. The next largest component is dark matter, which interacts only with the rest of the universe through gravity. In short, dark matter attracts, dark energy repels. Dark matter pulls matter in, while dark energy pushes it out. Also, while dark energy only manifests itself on the largest cosmic scale, dark matter exerts its influence on individual galaxies and the universe in general.

No more is known about Dark Energy than is known. We know how much dark energy there is because we know how it affects the expansion of the universe. Other than that, it's a complete mystery. But this is an important mystery. It turns out that roughly 68% of the universe is dark energy. Dark matter is about 27%. The rest – everything on Earth, everything observed with all our instruments, all normal matter – adds up to less than 5% of the universe. Perhaps it shouldn't be called "normal" matter because it's such a tiny fraction of the universe.

If the universe had a huge amount of dark energy (as recent findings suggest it could be good), then the expansion of the universe could theoretically continue forever. If the momentum caused by dark energy increases unlimitedly, dark energy eventually becomes so powerful that gravity completely suppresses the effects of electromagnetic and weak nuclear forces. As a result, clusters of galaxies, stars, planets, atoms, nuclei and matter itself will be shattered by the growing expansion of what is called the Big Rip.

great rupture Judgment Day and AftermathIn this scenario, galaxies will first be separated. Then the stars and the Solar System would be gravitantly unrelated. In the final minutes, the planets will be torn apart and the atoms and nuclei will be shattered as soon as possible. This separation, the "disintegration" of stars, planets and atoms, completely deprives the universe of structure. Verses show that the ultimate fate of the universe appears to be a Doomsday by Big Rip.

Post-Apocalyptic

The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it.

(Al-Anbya 104. Verse)

And it is He who begins creation; then He repeats it, and that is [even] easier for Him. To Him belongs the highest attribute in the heavens and earth. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

(Ar-Rum 27. Verse)

The verses in the Qur'an emphasize that, despite the end of the universe, Allah will not allow precious things to simply disappear. In light of the facts and clues previously reported by the Qur'an, a scenario is presented here for events that will take place after the Apocalypse. However, only God (c.c.) knows the exact form of events in the present and future.

What will happen after the apocalypse? Matter is dispersed but exists as the cosmic superfluid Ether, as it was before the Big Bang. Ether is a universal means of connection, penetrating the gaps of atoms without a break in its continuity, filling the entire space to the furthest limits. God built the universe from this superfluid, and the universe moves through a sea of Ether.

Ether

It is a hypothetical substance that must occupy the entire space to explain the propagation of electromagnetic radiation in space. Ether was assumed to be weightless, transparent, frictionless, chemically or physically undetectable, and literally permeating all matter and space.

And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days - and His Throne had been upon water - that He might test you as to which of you is best in deed.

(Hud 7. Verse)

This verse may refer to the Ether superfluid. Ether appears to be a superfluid that condensed into puddles billions of years ago and seeded the galaxies we observe today. With the understanding that Ether is the primary form of all matter, all other forms of matter are just variations of it, then we can say that it will form the basis of the permanent element of the Eternal Earth and we will be recreated from the Ether superfluid. On that day, the Eternal World will consist of the basic elements of this temporary world, and these elements will be given permanence.

[The time of] their account has approached for the people, while they are in heedlessness turning away.

(Al-Anbya 1. Verse)

Allah knows best in everything.
